Waitlist FAQ

Yes. Your priority waitlist fee is 100% refundable as long as it has not been used to reserve a puppy. Once the fee is applied toward reserving a specific puppy, it becomes a non-refundable deposit.
Our Priority Waitlist gives families early access to upcoming litters before puppies are offered to the general public. Instead of a strict numbered order, all families on the priority waitlist receive the first opportunity to reserve a puppy during a short priority window.
Over time, we found that strict ordered waitlists often became unfair to families, difficult for breeders to manage, and sometimes resulted in puppies waiting longer for homes. Our Priority Waitlist allows for a fairer, healthier process for both families and puppies.
When a litter is born that matches your selected breed, you will be notified as soon as we know the litter details, including how many puppies and genders are available. Priority waitlist members are given a short, exclusive window to reserve a puppy before the litter is opened to the public.
Families are welcome to visit puppies in person starting around 5 weeks of age. Photos and videos are typically posted to the website around 6 weeks.
Once photos are posted, priority waitlist members have approximately two days to reserve a puppy. After that window, any remaining puppies will be made available to the general public.
No problem at all. You remain on the priority waitlist for future litters, or you may request a refund at any time as long as your fee has not been used to reserve a puppy.
Yes. You can share preferences when joining the priority waitlist. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, they are not guaranteed and depend on each litter.
We typically take photos and videos around 5–6 weeks of age and post them publicly. Additional updates are not guaranteed, as breeders are Mennonite and we travel over an hour to the farm. In-person visits are always encouraged.
The remaining balance is due before or at pickup. You may pay online through the website (a 3.41% Stripe processing fee applies), or pay with cash in person to avoid the fee. Personal checks are not accepted.
Yes. All puppies receive the same level of care, vet checks, and health guarantees, regardless of how they are reserved.
You’re always welcome to call us with questions. We’re happy to talk through the process and help you decide if the priority waitlist is right for you.
